The first Konsehal Dra. Doray Delarmente Operation Tuli in Vasra was succesfully implemented last May 10, 2008 at the Vasra Barangay Hall. Our barangay hall was literally transformed into a hospital on that day with 150 boys (68 of that were from Vasra) availed of the free circumcision project of COuncilor Doray in cooperation with the Vasra Barangay Council.Another Operation Tule sponsored by Vasra's partner Rotary Club (Rotary CLub of Quezon City CIrcle) was also held last May 25, 2008 wherein 33 Vasra boys were circumcised.
Spearheaded by the the Health Committee of the Barangay Council led by Committee Chairman Gildo Aviles the Operation Tule Program will be an annual summer event in Barangay Vasra
